Introduction
The Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) is a four-year program that aims to prepare students for careers in the hospitality industry by providing a comprehensive blend of theoretical and practical training. The program is divided into eight semesters, with a total of 144 credit hours. During the first two semesters, students are introduced to the fundamental aspects of hotel operations, such as front office, food and beverage service, housekeeping, and food production. In the following semesters, students delve into more advanced topics, including hospitality accounting, human resource development, and hospitality marketing. The program also includes two internship periods, during which students gain valuable hands-on experience in real-world settings. Upon completion of the program, graduates are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue a variety of careers in the hospitality industry, such as hotel management, food and beverage management, and tourism management.
