Incubation Center proposal
Purbanchal University is developing a proposal to jointly work with local government and expert agency to establish an incubation center. The incubation center will attract young students for projects and will support it to develop as new start-up. The detail of this project will be announced in near future.
Under the Hub4Growth project, we are happy to inform that training program in Intellectual property Management and Commercialization of University research is completed. This training was targeted to Faculty and Staff of research departments of the college. It was held in Kathmandu on 27-28th March 2018 at Yellow Pagoda Hotel. The program welcomed Education Minister as Chief Guest to the program and it was Chaired by the Vice-Chancellor of the Purbanchal University. The program was attended by representative from Tribhuvan University, CNI, CIM, IDI Washington, Deans, Faculties and representative from partner Universities of Hub4Growth program. The program had experience sharing from different Universities, panel discussion and concept paper presentation by experts.
Enterprise Center is equipped with resources
Students are welcome to explore the resources of the enterprises to help prepare for the dream job. We have around 50 books which will help you to develop skills and assist in writing of CV, preparing for job interview and other related knowledge. Books are in reference and not for loan. Kindly take appointment prior to visit through this website or phone.
Employment Cell at your college
Purbanchal University is establishing a cell at each constituent college/campus which will act as employment cell for the students of the campus/college. This center will have resources relevant for students in preparing for job application and

Workshop on Knowledge Transfer
Purbanchal University and IOE, TU are jointly organizing a two days workshop on the title Knowledge Transfer under the HUB4GROWTH project. The workshop is held in Hotel Yellow Pagoda, Kantipath, Kathmandu, where participants are from Vietnam, Mongolia, Cambodia, Nepal, Lithuania, Greece and United Kingdom.
The workshop is working to develop understanding of Knowledge Transfer specifically in University settings. Workshop also looks at How University could manage and administer Knowledge Transfer to benefit all stakeholders.
In total 30 representatives from 11 different University are participating this workshop.
